The insulation has made a huge difference to the warmth of my house! - I'm not sure if you recall when you came for the initial assessment that I queried heating because I thought my fire wasn't working properly, well same fire, same wood but the temperature is now able to sit around 18 - 21 degrees on cold days instead of 15-18 degrees in my living room. I wanted to have some cold days before I let you know of this success!

The house no longer feels as damp - especially the babies room. This has obviously dried out as there are some cracks in the wall now.

While the children have still had there fair share of coughs and colds, my 2 and a half year old has only spent one night in hospital with her asthma so far so I'd say the severity of how sick she gets has improved with a warmer, drier home.

I came to your company for a second quote after an initial quote was much higher than I would have expected and was absolutely thrilled with being eligible for the extra grant to cover most of the cost. I would have needed a loan to pay for insulation and although I knew it was worth it for the children's health, it would have been added financial pressure. Please pass on my sincere gratitude to those who have made this possible. As well as my gratitude to the staff at Energy Options for providing a wonderful community service.
